Problem

The product needed consistent subscription state and UX across browser extensions, the account portal, and backend APIs.

Approach

I shipped shared SvelteKit UI patterns, subscription sync and Stripe checkout hardening on the frontend, and Express API work for billing, collections, and admin stats.
