This new Kingdom Song was released in our 2021 Convention of Jehovah’s Witnesses, having the theme, “Powerful by Faith!” So, it was formerly one of our Original Songs. In fact, you can also see the With Eyes of Faith (Guitar Tabs), the Original Song version of guitar tabs (which is exactly the same by the way), on this page. But from April 1, 2024, it has become one of our Kingdom Songs!
This new Kingdom Song has the following theme Scripture:
Psalm 27:13: “Where would I be if I did not have faith That I would see Jehovah’s goodness in the land of the living?”
Hello Zed. I really appreciate you and the guitar tabs as I am new to playing the guitar and your tabs are very easy to follow and play.
While playing your version of Eye’s of Faith, listening to the song and reading the sheet music on JW.org I noticed that the third verse is a little different from the first and second verse. At the part of “I need to be strong. I know it won’t be long Till Jehovah claims his victory.” I play this as (string/fret) B3, B5, B5, B5, G5, B3] G5, B5, e3, B5 B3, G5] G5, B3, B5, B5, B5, G5, B3] G5, G5. I move the B5 from th start of “I need to be strong” to “Till”. I think this plays and sounds better.
