Description
So this Kingdom Song has the Scripture theme: 2 Corinthians 4:6: “For God is the one who said: “Let the light shine out of darkness,” and he has shone on our hearts to illuminate them with the glorious knowledge of God by the face of Christ.”
Additionally, this Kingdom Song also has other theme Scriptures:
- John 3:19: “Now this is the basis for judgment: that the light has come into the world, but men* have loved the darkness rather than the light, for their works were wicked.”
- John 8:12: “Then Jesus spoke again to them, saying: “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will by no means walk in darkness, but will possess the light of life.””
- Rom. 13:11, 12: “And do this because you know the season, that it is already the hour for you to awake from sleep, for now our salvation is nearer than at the time when we became believers. The night is well along; the day has drawn near. Let us therefore throw off the works belonging to darkness and let us put on the weapons of the light.”
- 1 Pet. 2:9: “But you are “a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for special possession, that you should declare abroad the excellencies” of the One who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
